Let me express my sincere greetings on the occasion of beginning of a new academic year to the teaching staff, students, postgraduate students, doctoral candidates, and all the employees of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine.
You are charged with an important mission to train and improve professional skills of the public and local self-government officials, form professional public service in Ukraine under the conditions of democratic social development. The National Academy welcomes those who is willing to attain the heights of professionalism in fulfillment of tasks and functions related to public administration, to master the instruments of democratic administration. The Academy offers all necessary facilities not only for acquisition of knowledge and skills, but also for obtainment of innovative thinking, skills for building new models of professional behaviour in the non-standard situations of post-industrial era.
